SHIPPING
- All CoffeeOutpost.com orders will be shipped via Federal Express (FedEx) standard ground service.
- Orders shipping to APO/FPO can only ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).
- CoffeeOutpost.com ships orders only to the 48 contiguous United States.
- CoffeeOutpost.com charges $8.95 per order - regardless of size and quantity.
- Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders via email when the order is shipped
BACKORDERS / SUBSTITUTIONS
- Backorders will be shipped automatically upon receipt of goods.
- All orders will ship complete unless otherwise requested.
CANCELLATIONS- Requests for cancellation of orders must be made through our email address customerservice@coffeeoutpost.com
- Orders can only be cancelled if they are on backorder.
- If a problem exists on an order, it will be cancelled 36 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left informing you of such an issue.
