30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from CoffeeOutpost.com, simply return the purchased item within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling costs).


Return Policies
  • Merchandise must be in new and unused condition to be acceptable for refund.
  • The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging.
  • All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
  • All returns must be returned to CoffeeOutpost.com freight  PREPAID regardless of reason.
  • Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
  • Refunds will NOT be accepted after 30 days after sale regardless of reason. PLEASE READ EXCEPTIONS BELOW.
  • All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RA) number issued by CoffeeOutpost.com.  Products returned without this authorization number will be refused.
  • If you order a product from us and refuse shipment, you will be assessed postage and a restocking fee of 15%.

Customers are responsible for the following return fees:
  1. Return shipping charges
  2. 15% restocking fee
Important:  All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable


Return Instructions
  1. Send an email to customerservice@coffeeoutpost.com stating you would like to return your merchandise.
  2. We will then send you an email with an RA number and instructions to follow for returning your merchandise
  3. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE PRIOR TO RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM US FIRST.  THIS WILL ONLY DELAY IN GETTING A QUICK REFUND.

No Exchanges
CoffeeOutpost.com does not process exchanges.  If you would like a different item, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.


Damages
All damage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.  Please email us at customerservice@coffeeoutpost.com immediately if your merchandise is damaged.  Usually damages are the responsibility of the carriers.  CoffeeOutpost.com will handle all damage claims with the carrier.  Please save all packaging in the event the carrier wishes to inspect the packaging.


Return Exceptions
Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return.
